آدن سونٛتھ چھُے ژین اوّل تَے

Aadan sonth chuy tseen awal tay

Youth is but a spring, realize this from the very start

سُلہِ گرِ رَٹو مالہِ پنُن تاو

Suli gari rato maali panun taaw

O dear one, harness its fleeting warmth while it is early

اَتھٕ یِنہٕ گژَھی سونٛتھ چھُے ژھل تَے

Athe yini gatshiy sonth chuy chhal tay

Let it not slip from your grasp, for this spring is a mere illusion

یُس کرِ گۄنٛگُل سُے کرِ کرٛاو

Yus kari gongul suy kari kraaw

For only he who sows the seed shall reap the harvest
