The Age of Ignorance
Keelik apy torgas toshan
Keelik apy torgas toshan
In the dark age, the foolish take pride in their steeds
Shaanten hind gari bushan waaw
While the homes of the gentle are battered by scorching winds
Soznan sabhi bate na poshan
The assemblies of the pious are left without morsels
Koznan dyuthum methi maaz te polaaw
While the unworthy feast on rich meats and pilaf
Paez deenthim khatith kanan kashan
I saw noble falcons in hiding, scratching their ears
Raaze honzas deenthim pranaan kaaw
And the royal swan being preached to by crows
