Manas khay kaas zan aayeenas

Manas khay kaas zan aayeenas
Scrape the rust from your heart, just as one polishes a mirror
تَوٕ ظۄنس گٔژھی زٲنی زان
Tawe zoanas gatshi zaani zaan
Only then will you achieve true, profound recognition of the Self
تَھلہٕ تَھلہٕ کیٛاہ وُچھکھ شرمہٕ کِس پانس
Thale thale kya wuchhakh sharme kis paanas
Why do you gaze so obsessively at this shameful, perishable body?
مرنَس برۄنٛہہ مَر سُے چھُے گیان
Marnas bronh mar suy chuy gyaan
To "die before you die"—that is the ultimate wisdom!
