The Humble Resolve

صاحٮؠبہٕ ژےٚ بوٚڈ بلند کوٗنہہ نے

Saahiba tse bod buland koonh nay

O Lord! There is none greater or more exalted than You

تگہِ ہٮؠمے کرٕ ہے ژےٚ اطاعات

Tagi heamay kare hay tse ita'aat

If only I knew the proper way, I would have offered You true obedience

ہٮؠتھ جنٛدٕ آدر منگہٕ ہے تٕرٛہنے

Heth jande aadar mange hay trehnay

Clad in humble rags, I would respectfully seek Your divine grace

ژٕ یوٚد وُچھہم تہ پوٚت ژلے نہٕ زات

Tse yod wuchham te pot tsaley ne zaat

And if You were to test me, my soul would never retreat!
